These exciting small visitors are always fun to enjoy in gardens. They usually are found in open woodlands where there are many grasses which they utilize as host plants, but they also frequently will visit flower gardens for nectar. They are more commonly observed on pink, white, and purple blooms, which they seem to favor. These beautiful butterflies are chocolate brown with a yellowish-orange pattern on the wings. They are a nice addition to every garden.
